2. Wellbeing assessmentA 30-45 min one-on-one assessment with one of our trainers. This is where we get to know you more and talk you through how we can help support you on your fitness journey. From here our trainers develop you personalized programming. |

4. Wellbeing re-assessmentFor each 6 week cycle in your first 12 weeks in the gym, we will check in with you to re-measure, re-evaluate, and re-establish goals. You will also be given a progressive weight and cardio program to keep you on track, improve your strength and fitness as well as utilise all of the equipment that's offered in the gym. |
